全面实行完全学分制管理是当前高等教育改革的主流趋势。以苏州大学为例,就完全学分制管理模式实施的意义、途径及关键内容作了分析,强调完全学分制应以体系合理、内容先进、结构简洁为着眼点,以课程体系、教学内容改革为切入点,以创新学生工作为突破口,更新教育理念,建立保障制度,整合教学资源,构建科学、合理、先进的新课程体系,培养具有良好的人文素养和科学精神、基础扎实、知识全面、自主学习和创新能力较强的高素质本科人才。

With going deep into the reformation of higher education, the complete credit system would going to be the dominant in university. In this paper, we analyzed the meaning, approach and key points of carrying out the complete credit system in Soochow University. Then we concluded that, in order to carry out the complete credit system efficiently, we should not only have a reasonable system, the advanced content and a simple structure, but also enhance the reformation of the course system, teaching content and students management, update the education conception, establish guarantee rule, collect teaching resource and set up the scientific, reasonable and advanced new course system , for the intention of training higher diathesis person with good soul accomplishment, spirit of science, basic knowledge and the ability of independent study and innovation.
