分化相关基因1与雌激素受体α在Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中表达的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨分化相关基因1(NDRG1)在Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与雌激素受体(ER)α的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法和两步法)检测正常子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜及Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中NDRG1和ERα的表达。结果NDRG1在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜及Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中的表达率分别为12.5%、52.9%和83.5%,ERα的表达率分别为85.0%、70.6%和42.7%,两种指标在3种子宫内膜中表达率的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。在子宫内膜恶性转变过程中,NDRG1的表达逐渐递增,ERα的表达逐渐递减,两者在Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.198,P<0.05)。结论NDRG1及ERα可能均参与Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌的癌变过程。 Objective To explore the expression of N-Myc downstream regulated gene 1 (NDRG1) in type Ⅰ endometrioid adenoearcinoma and its relationship with expression estrogen receptor (ER) α. Methods The expressions of NDRGI and ERa were determined by immunohistochemical staining (ABC and two-step method) in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rates of NDRG1 in normal endometrium, atypical endometrium and endometrioid adenocarcinoma were 12.5%, 52.9% and 83.5%, respectively; the positive rates of ERa were 85.0%, 70.6% and 42.7%, respectively. The expression of the two markers was significantly different in the three kinds of endometrium (all P〈0.01). NDRG1 expression gradually increased during the malignant transformation of endometrium, while ERα expression gradually decreased. NDRG1 was negatively correlated with ERα in endometrioid adenocarcinoma (r=-0. 198, P〈0.05). Conclusion NDRG1 may participate in the carcinogenesis of endometrium as ERα.
