摘要 研究埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)/NR复合材料的结构和性能。结果表明,HNTs在用量较小的情况下能较均匀地分散在NR基体中;随着HNTs用量的增大,HNTs/NR复合材料的邵尔A型硬度、300%定伸应力、撕裂强度和玻璃态的储能模量增大,玻璃化温度升高,拉断伸长率和损耗因子减小,拉伸强度先增大后减小;HNTs的加入能有效提高复合材料的热稳定性和耐热空气老化性能。 The structure and properties of HNTs/NR composite were studied. The results showed that HNTs could be uniformly dispersed in NR at low contents; as the addition level of HNTs increased, the Shore A hardness, modulus at 300 %, tear strength, glassy storage modulus and glass transition temperature of HNTs/NR composite increased, the elongation at break and tan3 decreased,tensile strength first increased and then decreased. The thermal stability and thermal air aging property of HNTs/NR composite improved significantly by adding HNTs.
