摘要
车身结构模态分析是车身NVH特性研究的重要内容,识别车身系统模态对避免车身结构与声腔共振、降低车内噪声有着重要的意义。文章以某轿车车身为例,利用有限元法建立车身结构模型,进行模态分析计算,从而获得车身结构的模态频率和变形部位。
The body structural modal analysis is essential to the characteristic study of car noise, vibration, harshness (NVH). Identifying body system mode is important to avoid resonance of the structure and the cavity and to reduce interior noise. The body structure model for a car was built using finite element method (FEM) and its modal analysis was made. The modal frequency and de- formation parts of the body structure were obtained and discussed. The purpose is to provide data for the optimal design of the structure and cavity in the body system.
