摘要
通过计算机模拟,研究了硅橡胶生胶聚二苯基硅氧烷-聚二甲基硅氧烷-聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷嵌段共聚物、填料气相法白炭黑及气相法白炭黑补强硅橡胶的红外(IR)光谱,通过IR光谱峰位、强度的计算及振动模式的归属分析,确定构型中的官能团和结构;模拟得到的IR光谱主要峰位和强度的计算结果与实验数据非常接近,为实验分析鉴别和确认化学构成提供了参考和依据。
The infrared spectra of silicone rubber (block-copolymer of polydiphenylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and polymethyl-methylvinylsiloxane), fumed-silica filler, and fumed-silica rein-forced silicone rubber were studied by computer simulation. Analysis of vibration bands location, vibration intensity, and vibration mode ensured the function groups and structures of polymers. The simulative results of vibration location and intensity are very close to the experimental data, and provide reference and support for experimental analysis and chemical composition analysis.
