The role of narrow band imaging in the diagnosis of digestive tract diseases

摘要 窄带显像(narrow band imaging,NBI)是一种全新的内镜下显像诊断技术,它主要着眼于观察消化道黏膜表面的微细腺管形态(pit pattern)及微血管形态(capillary pattern),从而寻找在普通内镜下难以被发现的病灶,更加精确地引导活检,提高对疾病的诊断准确率,并有利于提高消化道异型增生和早期肿瘤的诊断率。 Narrow band imaging (NBI) is a novel optical technique, which can enhance the visualization of mucosal pit pattern and capillary pattern. NBI can contribute to detect more abnormal areas which are difficult to recognize with white light endoscopy. Moreover, targeted biopsy with NBI can increase the diagnosis accuracy, as well as the detection rate of dysplasia and early neoplasia in digestive tract.
