摘要
电网实时动态监测系统对电力系统安全稳定运行及监测起着重要作用。介绍了安徽电网实时动态监测系统主站的配置和平台方案,论述了以PI数据库+Oracle数据库为电网实时动态监测系统主站平台,以PI数据库存储电网动态数据,以Oracle数据库存储电网模型和结构的优越性;分析了电网扰动与电网正常运行操作表现出的不同物理特性,找出了合理的判据,实现了电网扰动情况下的实时正确报警;阐述了状态估计和低频振荡实现的方法。
The real-time dynamic monitoring system plays an important role in power system stability security and measurement. The system configuration and platform scheme of An-hui real-time dynamic monitoring system are presented. The advantages of Oracle database and PI database as platform of real-time dynamic monitoring system are pointed out. The PI database can be employed for dynamic date. The Oracle database can be used for electrical power network model and structure. Different physical characters between power network disturbance and natural operation are analyzed. So the rational criterion is founded out. It is helpful for real-time alarm. The way of state estimation and low frequency oscillation is expatiated.
