可编程控制器在气力输送装置上的应用

摘要 基于ZSP系列气力输送装置为应用背景,讨论了一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)控制的气力输送装置的改进。ZSP系列气力装置可实现多点以上的卸料,切换方便、输送量大、低气压工作(0.59MPa),可实现自动连续式送料或手动送料。它可使机械造型线用砂符合标准要求,达到随时添加造型所需的各种原辅料。 On the application background of ZSP series pneumatic conveying devices, discussion was laid stress on the improvement in a kind of pneumatic conveying devices based on programmable logic controller (PLC). ZSP series pneumatic devices could achieve multi-point material discharge, being convenient to switch over and large in conveying quantity, working in low air pressure (0.59 MPa), and make a choice between automatically countinuous material feeding and manual material feeding. Sand used in machine moulding line was kept to comply with standards in quality and qantity to ensure that every kind of material and auxiliary material needed for moulding can be added at any time.
