摘要
通过组织分析试验、裂纹扩展速率试验和断口形貌分析手段,研究了GH864合金的微观组织及裂纹扩展行为,比较了不同组织状态下合金的裂纹扩展速率,并用Paris公式对裂纹扩展速率的结果进行了描述。结果表明:处理后合金的裂纹扩展速率都明显降低;粗晶组织能显著降低合金的裂纹扩展速率;晶界析出相对裂纹扩展速率有较大作用,而强化相大小尺寸γ′相对裂纹扩展速率影响不明显。
This paper studies the microstructure and crack propagation behavior of GH864 alloy by means of mierostructure analysis,crack propagation speed tests and fracture surface analysis.The alloy's crack propagation rates in different structural states are compared and the Paris formula is used in depicting the comparison.The comparison results show that the crack propagation rates of the alloy dropped significantly after the alloy was treated,a open grain structure can significantly reduce the crack propagation rate of alloy,the grain-boundary precipitate phase has a big influence on the crack propagation rate but that the strengthening phaseγ' has only little impact on the crack propagation rate.
