摘要
为了观察分析烟气轮机动叶片GH864合金在热加工过程中的组织演化规律,并进一步进行组织的优化控制,对取自棒材和成品叶片的热加工态及随后经热处理的样品进行了系统的显微组织对比分析,并得出了相应结论,对优化工艺控制具有重要的指导意义。
In order to understand the structural evolution of GH864 alloy ,the material used in the production of impeller blades systematic microstructure as from impeller blades of flue gas turbines,and to optimize the structural control,technicians conducted a comparative analysis of the behavior of GH864 alloy samples from alloy rods as well during hot work as well as the post-processing samples.The analysis results help a lot in the optimization of process control.
