HPLC法测定养血退热丸中丹皮酚的含量

Determination of paeonol in Yangxue Tuirewan by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定养血退热丸中丹皮酚的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；以甲醇-水（70：30）为流动相；检测波长为274nm。理论板数按丹皮酚峰计算应不低于3500。结果丹皮酚的线性范围为10．2～51μg·mL^-1（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．83％（RSD=0．47％，n=6）。结论该方法准确、可靠、重复性好，可作为养血退热丸质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine the paeonol in Yangxue Tuirewan by HPLC. METHODS Using a column packed with octadecylsilane bonded silica gel;methanol--water（70 ：30）as the mobile phase and detection wavelength was 274nm. The number of the theoretical plates of the paeonol is not less than 3500. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The range of paeonol was 10. 2-51μg · mL^-1 （ r =0. 9999） ,the average recovery was 99. 83%（ RSD =0.47 %, n =6）. The method was accurate,reliable and repeatable and can be used to control the quality of Yangxue Tuirewan.
