摘要 目的:建立氧麻滴鼻液的含量测定方法。方法:采用一阶和二阶导数分光光度法测定氧氟沙星和盐酸麻黄碱的含量,取278nm和216.2nm波长处的振幅值作为定量信息。结果:相关系数均为r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.6%和99.7%,RSD为0.4%和0.6%。结论:该方法简便。 irst and second order derivative spectrophotometries were developed for the determination of ofloxacin and ephedrine hydrochloride. The absolute values of amplitude at 278 nm and 216.2 nm were used as the quantitative information respectively, the correlation coefficients were both 0.999 9 , the average recoveries were 100.1% and 99.7% , RSD were 0.6% and 0.5% respectively.
