摘要
加强电力系统的抗灾能力是亟待解决的重要研究课题。作者在科学论证加强电力系统抗灾能力必要性的基础上,提出了将常规电力系统与现代减灾系统相结合的"抗灾型电力系统"规划的新思路、方式、方法和机制;提出了抗灾型电力系统的基本特征;设计了抗灾型电力系统规划的研究框架。本文的成果对抗灾型电力系统的规划和建设具有一定的参考价值。
The research on how to improve the anti-disaster ability of power system is an urgent issue. Based on the necessity analysis of improving the anti-disaster ability of power system, a new thinking on the planning method, approach, mode and mechanism for 'anti-disaster power system' that combines general power system with modern disaster reduction system is put forward. The basic features of the anti-disaster power system are pointed out and the research framework for the planning of anti-disaster power system is given. The contents of this paper are available for reference to the planning and construction of anti-disaster power system.
