We discussed the application of Schneider Twido PLC in the surveillance of brine pressure stations, analyzed its functionalities, implemented the long-distance control over the motor of brine pressure stations, solved the problem of the data exchange between PIE and electric modules by the communication protocol of Modbus Rtu, adjusted the output frequency of a frequency converter with the PID functionality of a PLC , realized the constant pressure of a brine pipeline , and economized energy.
