摘要
以2,4-二甲基苯酚、异丁烯为原料,酚铝为催化剂进行烷基化反应制备了2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚。较佳合成工艺条件为:催化剂的制备温度190℃,w(催化剂)-1.1%,反应温度130℃,反应时间3h,收率达85%以上,同时进行了稳定性实验。产物经IR、MS和^1H NMR进行了确定。
2,4-dimethyl-6-tert-butylphenol was prepared through the alkylation reaction from 2,4-dimethylphenol and isobutylene in the presence of aluminum phenoxide catalyst. The influencing factors such as the quantity of catalyst and reaction time on the yield were studied. Under the optimized conditions, catalyst prepared at 190 ℃, the quantity of catalyst 1.1% (mol), reaction temperature 130℃, reaction time 3 h, the yield of 2,4-dimethyl-6-tert-hutylphenol reached 85%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, MS and ^1H NMR.
