为了更好地将静脉留置针应用于l临床，实施于患者，笔者不断地探索，不断地总结工作经验，积极寻找穿刺失败的原因。努力为患者提供安全、舒适的护理。要求护理人员具有良好的素质和修养，具有慎独精神，在临床护理工作中贯穿“以患者为中心”的服务理念，正确实施各项治疗及护理措施，保障患者安全。留置针的特点是：操作简单，套管柔软，套管在静脉内留置时间长而不易穿破血管壁，既减轻患者痛苦，又减少了护士的工作量，提高丁作效率。
