Research on Port Logistics Developmental Strategy Based on Port Location Potential Theory

摘要文章提出以区位分析作为制定港口物流发展战略的理论基础,建立了港口区位势的分析模型,并应用模型分析了汕头港和厦门港的区位势。根据港口区位模型,要提高港口的区位势,应采取加强对腹地货源的吸引能力,优化港口和腹地之间的集疏运体系,增强港口内在竞争力的发展战略。最后以汕头港为例,提出基于港口区位论的港口物流发展战略。 This paper presented port location potential analyzing as theory basis of formulating port logistics development strategy, established the model of analyzing port location potential, and applied the model to analyze the location potential of Shantou port and Xiamen port. To improve the port location potential, the author suggested taking actions such as attracting supply of hinterland, optimizing loading-unloading-hauling system of port, enhancing intrinsic competitiveness of port. Finally, Shantou port was taken as an example, and the port logistics develop strategy which based on port location potential theory was presented.
