摘要
基于MATLAB中的Simulink模块与Pro/E中的Mechanism模块,对曲柄导杆滑块组合机构进行仿真。在对整个机构建模、仿真的基础上研究了滑块的位移、速度、加速度及其急回特性,并输出仿真图形,直观地揭示了滑块的运动规律。这样的研究方法可以应用于各种机构的运动分析,对于教学和生产实践具有广泛的意义。
It studies the simulation of crank-guide-bar-slider mechanism By the means of the Simulink-modular in MATLAB and the Mechanism-modular in Pro/E. Based on the modeling and the sim- ulation of the mechanism, It researches the character of displacement,speed, acceleration and quick-return motion of the slider,and gives output of the figures of simulation,and illustrates the kinematical property of the slide. The method of this study can be applied to the kinematical analyses of different mechanism,and has generalized significance to the teaching and the manufacturing.
