直线导轨传动的数控丝杠磨床的振动问题解决方案

摘要 针对设计9m数控丝杠磨床过程中遇到的砂轮振动问题,把磨头架总成抽象成物理模型进行理论分析,用直线导轨代替平导轨,重新设计并改进磨床结构,成功地解决了砂轮的振动问题。 The vibration of grinding wheel which appeared in designing 9m numerical control leading screw grinding machine was analyzed by taking grinding head frame unit assembly as a physical model. By replacing level gauge with lined guiding way, the structure of grinding machine was redesigned, which sovles the vibration problem of grinding wheel.
