银基二氧化铈和银基氧化铝合金的研究 被引量:2

摘要 用粉末冶金的方法制备了含3%二氧化铈的银基合金和含3%γ型氧化铝的银基合金。用X射线衍射和金相分析等方法对其组织结构进行分析,同时对其硬度、电导率、密度和摩擦因数等进行了测试。结果表明:这两种合金的相对密度均可达98%以上,和纯银相比其电导率有较大幅度的下降,晶粒显著细化,硬度有所提高,而对银和铜的摩擦因数并没有明显的降低。 Ag-based alloys containing 3% CeO2 or γ-Al2O3 were prepared by powder metallurgy. The microstructure of the Ag-based alloys is studied by X-ray diffraction and metallographic analysis,and the hardness,electrical conductivity, density and friction factor were also tested. The results show that both the two alloys have a relative density of more than 98%. Compared with pure silver metal, the electrical conductivity of the two alloys greatly decreases, the grains are obviously refined, the hardness is improved, but the friction factors of Ag and Cu are not obviously lowered.
