摘要
给出了一种新的直齿插齿刀渐开线齿形造型方法，该方法可使插齿刀的齿形误差带减小，提高被加工齿轮的精度。
In this paper,the author gives a new involute tooth profile calculation method of straight gear cutter.The new method can reduce profile error zone of stright gear cutter and improve the tooth profile accuracy of involute gear to be machined.
