The ＂three further emphases＂ proposed in the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has profoundly concluded the laws of fighting corruption and building a clean government since the reform and opening up; firmly grasped the core and key of fighting corruption and building a clean government for the time being; clearly pointed out the direction, i.e., making use of the reform and innovation to advance the fight against corruption and advocacy for a clean government; embodied a new level of our Party＇ s understanding of the characteristics and laws of fighting against corruption and building a clean government.
