以CER为判据从摇瓶到反应器的ATP放大生产

Study of ATP Production with Immobilized Saccharamyces Cerivisae Using Carbon Dioxide Evolution Rate as Scale up Criterion

摘要 在Y-Z型多功能摇瓶中由固定化啤酒酵母将腺苷转化成ATP,得到一组过程参数曲线;以摇瓶转化过程中的CO2释放率(CER)-转化时间曲线为参照曲线,在液流循环式固定化啤酒酵母流化床反应器中进行放大试验。对比实验结果,表明以CER为判据进行固定化啤酒酵母生产ATP从摇瓶到反应器的放大是成功的。 The biotransformation of adenosine to ATP using immobilized saccharamyces cerivisae in multifunctional shake flask of Y Z type was studied and the process parameter curves were obtained. When the same process was scaled up into a liquid recycling fluidized bed reactor, it was found that of the time course profile of carbon dioxide evolution rates( CER ) was maintained identically with that obtained from sake flask test same conversion results could be obtained as that from shake flask test. So the CER can be considered as a sound scale up criterion of this biotransformation process.
