摘要
"欧洲化"成为当前研究欧盟共同外交与安全政策的新视角。本文探讨了欧洲化视角的兴起,介绍了欧洲化视角的发展历程以及理论的操作化。作者认为,传统理论将共同外交与安全政策的发展看作是国家或社会行为体影响欧洲层面制度建设的过程,而欧洲化视角则突破了这一局限,转而聚焦于欧洲层面的制度建设对成员国的影响,因此是欧盟共同外交与安全政策研究的一大进步。
'Europeanization approach' has become a new perspective for CFSP studies.This paper introduces the rise of Europeanization approach,traces its evolutionary development and application.The author holds that Europeanization approach breaks from traditional theories,and focuses on the effect of European level on member states,and thus constitutes a major contribution to CFSP studies.
