摘要
本文研究了钛合金Ti-6Al-4V真空电子束焊接接头的机械性能和金相组织结构。发现接头的冲击韧性不亚于母材,甚至高于母材。焊缝区和热影响区的硬度均高于母材,组织分别为100%马氏体和部分马氏体,晶粒粗化现象与其它熔化焊方法相比轻微得多。
The properties of Ti-6Al-4V EB weldments are studies in this paper.It was found that the toughness of weld metal is not lower but higher than that of base metal.The hardness of weld matal and HAZ are also higher than that of base matal.The microstructures of weld metal and HAZ were 100% martensite and partial martensite respectively,and the grain growth is much slighter as compared to those taken palce in weldments welded with other fusion methods.
