A群脑膜炎球菌多糖菌苗婴幼儿免疫程序的研究

Study of the Immunization Procedures in Young Children with Polysaccharide Vaccine of Meningoccus Groups A

采用不同针次、不同间隔、不同剂量对1,600名6月龄至2岁婴幼儿进行了A群脑膜炎球菌多糖菌苗免疫。结果表明:应用50μg菌苗接种2针,间隔3个月,一年后再加强免疫1针,可获得良好的免疫效果。

The serological effect of polysaccharide vaccine of meningoccus groups A with different basic immunization procedures, different interval and differnt dosse waes evaluated in 1,600 children aged from 6 months to 2 years old. The results showed that th immunization program was appropriate with 3 months of the time interval between two njections for basic immunization with 50μg dose and the boosting injection one year ater.
