复方丹参注射液加能量合剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭

Composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined use of energy mixture treating chronic renal failure

目的：探讨复方丹参注射液加能量合剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）的疗效。方法：将４１例ＣＲＦ患者随机分为２组，治疗组２１例在对症治疗基础上加静滴复方丹参注射液及能量合剂治疗，对照组２０例采用一般对症及静滴葡萄糖、胰岛素治疗，治疗１个疗程后观察２组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为８５．７１％，对照组总有效率为３５．００％，治疗组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组治疗后血尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）、血肌酐（ＳＣｒ）均下降，与治疗前比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。对照组治疗后ＢＵＮ、ＳＣｒ与治疗前比较均无显著性差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５）。结论：复方丹参注射液加能量合剂可保护残余肾功能，延缓ＣＲＦ的发展。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined use of energy mixture on chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods:Fortyone cases of CRF divided randomly into 2 groups.The treatment group (n=21) was treated with composite salvia miltio rrhiza injection and energy mixture on the basis of symptomative therapy,the control group (n=20) was treated with glucose and insulin for intravenous drip.Then,to observe therapeutic efficacy after 1 therapy course.Results:The total effective rates were 8571% and 3500% in treatment and control group respectively,the therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was superior to control group (P<001).The blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine(SCr) levels were decreased after therapy in treatment group.It was obvious difference between preand posttherapy(all P<005).On the other hand,the BUN and SCr levels were no changes between preand post therapy in control group (all P>005).Conclusions:Composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined use of energy mixture can protect the residual nephron function,delay the CRF development.Therefore,it has a better future in clinical practice.
