摘要
超声波电机是一种新型摩擦驱动器。由于它是利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应形成的弹性波作为激励源,所以,该电机同传统的电磁式电机相比,具有小型轻量、无电磁干扰、响应速度快等特点,是微机械、医疗器械、航天航空等领域中理想的驱动器。本文阐述了行波型超声波电机的工作原理,并研制出直径40mm的旋转式行波超声波电机的实验样机,作者分析了该样机的速度控制特性,提出PWM是行波超声波电机理想的控制方式。
Ultrasonic motors are new concept frictional actuators,which are driven by the flexural waves based on the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoceramics.By contrast with conventional electromagnetic motors,ultrasonic motors combine the features such as miniature,no-electromagnetic interference,quick response and etc..They are available in such fields as micro-machine,medical appliance,spaceflight and etc..In this paper,the mechanism of traveling wave motors are reviewed and the prototype (Φ40mm) are designed and fabricated.The speed control characteristics of the prototype are analyzed and PWM control method,as a excellent control method,is put forward.
