旋转闪蒸干燥机分级器半径对干燥产品粒度的影响研究

Research on Effect of Grader Radius on the Size of Dried Product in Spin-flash Dryer

本文在目前干燥机分级器的结构基础上作了一些改进，使之可以满足干燥产品多种粒度的要求，操作起来更加灵活方便；并且在实验的基础上建立了分级器半径和产品粒度的函数关系式，对分级器半径大小、产品粒度以及物料颗粒在干燥室中的运动做了定性的分析。

Some improvements have been made about grader structure in this paper and make it meet the need of product size easily. Function betwcen grader radius and product size has been built, but make analysis on grader radius, product size and product (particle) movement.
