摘要
阐述了我国高等院校食品科学与工程专业开设《食品安全学》课程的意义,论述了《食品安全学》课程的目的与任务,提出了作为主干课程《食品安全学》教学内容框架。
The significance of offering the course of "Food Safety" in food science and engineering specialty of universities in China was expatiated.The purpose and task of this course was discussed.The teaching content framework of the course "Food Safety",which might be taken as an main course,was put forward.
