针对建筑工程成本控制的重要性,提出了建筑工程项目成本控制的原则,从技术措施、组织措施、经济措施和合同措施等方面阐述了建筑工程成本控制的措施,以帮助施工企业有效进行成本控制,提高工程的经济效益。

Aiming at the importance of the cost control in construction project, principles of cost control in construction prelect are provided, measures of cost control in construction project are described from aspects of technological measure, organizational measure, economical measure and contract measure, so as to help the construction enterprise get cost control and improve economical benefit of the project.
