马钱子总生物碱对家兔实验性变态反应性神经炎细胞免疫机制影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过马钱子总生物碱对实验性变态反应性神经炎(EAN)家兔淋巴细胞转化影响的实验研究,初步探讨马钱子总生物碱对家兔实验性变态反应性神经炎治疗作用的细胞免疫机制。方法应用牛坐骨神经提取的MBP(髓鞘碱性蛋白)免疫家兔建立EAN动物模型,应用国际分级标准和临床评分对发病家兔进行临床评定。采用MTT法测取家兔脾脏淋巴细胞增殖率,获取淋巴细胞转化率。结果通过统计学处理,体内外实验均表明该药能够明显降低家兔T淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05)。结论马钱子总生物碱调节亢进的T淋巴细胞反应性,降低增值能力,可能是该药治疗GBS机理之一。 Objective Strychni total alkaloids on experimental allergic neuritis (EAN) in rabbits the effects of lymphocyte transformation test studies, prehminary study of total alkaloids in Strychnos on rabbit experimental allergic neuritis treatment of the role of cellular immune mechanisms. Methods The sciatic nerve cow extracted MBP (myelin basic protein) immunization rabbit EAN set up animal models, application of international classification standards and the clinical score on the incidence of clinical assessment in rabbits. Measured through the MTT method rabbit spleen lymphocyte transformation rate. Results The adoption of statistical treatment, in vitro and in vivo experiments show that the drug can significantly reduce the rabbit T lymphocyte transformation rate ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The total alkaloids Strychni conditioning Hypersplenism reactive T- lymphocytes, reducing their ability to add value may be one mechanism of the drug treatment of GBS.
