分散固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定肉制品中残留的扑草净、禾草丹

GC-MS determination of residual thiobencarb and prometryne in meat products

以乙腈为萃取溶剂,采用乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)固相分散净化技术,以气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)在选择离子监测模式下测定肉制品中残留的扑草净、禾草丹2种除草剂。方法的线性范围为0.05～10mg/L,相关系数均为0.9999,检出限(S/N=10)均达到0.01mg/kg,在三个浓度水平(0.01、0.05、0.1mg/kg扑草净、禾草丹)进行精密度和回收率试验,所得相对标准偏差在3.3%～6.4%之间,回收率在83%～101%之间。

Acetonitrile as solvent extraction,Two herbicides, namely thiobencarb and promctryne in meal products were determined simuhaneously by GC - MS under selective ion monitoring mode after separation by dispersive solid phase extraction （DSPE）. Linearity range of the method was found from 0.05 - 10 mg/L（ r= 0. 9999） , with detection limits （S/N = 10） of 0.01 mg/kg. Tests for precision and recovery of the method were performed at concentration levels of 0.01 mg/kg,0.05 mg/kg and 0. 1 mg/kg of two herbicides, values of RSD＇s （ n =6） found were in the range from 3.3% to 6.4% , and recovery obtained were in the range from 83% to 101%.
