摘要
[目的]研究六氟异丙醇(HFIP)的最佳制备条件。[方法]采用液相催化剂加氢法还原六氟丙酮(HFA),制备六氟异丙醇。[结果]在1.0%催化剂用量,反应体系pH值5.0,反应温度110℃,反应压力2.5 MPa的条件下,反应时间提高为5 h,HFA转化率提高为97%以上,选择性提高为98%以上。[结论]通过试验,找到了适合六氟异丙醇制备的一种钯碳催化剂。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the production condition of hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP).[Method]HFIP was made by making hydrogen gas contact with a hexafluoroacetone(HFA) hydrate in liquid phase in the presence of a catalyst which was active hydrogenolusis of HFA hydrates into HFIP.[Result]At the condition of 1.0% catalyst amout,reaction temperature 110 ℃,the gauge pressure of hydrogen gas 2.5 MPa,the time of reaction was improved to 5 h,the transformation rate and selectivity of HFA were improved to above 97%.[Conclusion]A kind of stuitable palladium-carbon catalyst for the production of HFIP was selected out in this study.
