摘要
针对普通高校健美操教学存在的忽视学生在学习内容、学习方法、学习环境等方面的需要和学习能力及创新能力的培养等问题,为尽快建立一套适合普通高校学生能力培养、有利于大学生持久锻炼的健美操教学框架体系,借鉴以情景创设、协作学习等为特征的建构主义理论,对高校健美操框架体系进行重新设计。教学实践表明:建构主义理论指导下的健美操教学使学生在技术技能、专业素质、学习态度及对健美操教学的满意度等方面均取得较好效果。
Aerobics teaching in average colleges ignores how students improve their study method, their study environment, and the development of their creativity abilities. In order to form a systematic college aerobics education that can help to foster students' abilities and is good for students to take enduring exercise, the system of college aerobics education should be redesigned under the guide of constructivism theory that is characterized with scene creation and cooperation study. Teaching prac- tice indicated that this could improve students' skills and abilities, their professional qualities, their attitude towards study, and as a result could satisfy the students in aerobics leaning.
