基于系统动力学的炼油企业生产能力仿真研究

A Simulation Approach to Production Capacity of Oil Refining Enterprises Based on System Dynamics

运用系统动力学的原理和建模方法描述和分析了炼油企业生产能力调整与生产调节时间、订单响应时间和目标交货延迟策略等影响因素的关系。以某催化剂企业为例,构建了炼油企业生产能力调整的系统动力学模型,并定量仿真分析了不同影响因素下生产能力调整的复杂动态行为模式。研究结果表明该模型能在一定程度上反映炼油企业生产能力调整的动态行为。最后还提出了相关措施与建议。

By utilizing the system dynamics principles and methods of modeling, this paper describes and analyses the relationship of the adjustment of oil refining enterprises production capacity and some affecting factors, such as Taking a catalyst product production regulation time, orders response time and delayed delivery strategy. for example, this paper constructs a system dynamics model of the adjustment of production capacity of oil refining enterprises, and quantitatively analyses the complex dynamic behavior mode of the adjustment of production capacity under the conditions of different impacting factors. The results shows that the model can, to a certain extent, reflect the dynamic behaviors of the adjustment of oil refining enterprises production capacity. Some relevant measures and proposals are made.
