摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法,对我国高校竞技体育教练员人力资源现状及存在的问题进行研究。结果表明:传统的计划经济体制依然起着主导作用,影响着教练员专业化、专职化程度,阻滞教练员的竞争与流动;高校系统缺乏完整的教练员培训体系和资源,培训质量和效果难以保障;重视工作成绩考核而忽视工作能力与态度。提出改善高校教练员人力资源管理现状的对策。
Using the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, it did research on the present condition of manpower resources of competitive sports coaches in universities and colleges of our country and existing problems. The results reveal that the traditional system of planned economy still plays a dominant role, which influences the professionalized and specialized degree of the coaches and hinders the contest and fluidness of the coaches; there is lack of complete system and resources of cultivating coaches in the organizations affiliated with universities and colleges, so the cultivating quality and effect can't be ensured; stress is laid on the examination of coaches, working achievements, while their working ability and attitude are ignored. It brought forward the countermeasures for improving the present managing condition of manpower resources ors in universities and colleges.
