摘要
口腔种植学产生于口腔修复学业、口腔外科学、牙周病学、口腔组织病理学、口腔材料学、口腔放射学、口腔预防保健学、生物力学、机械工学等学科的专业知识,在它们的交界边缘处形成。人工种植牙生物力学是种植牙成功不可忽视的一个重要方面,过大或过小的应力均可引起牙周骨组织的吸收或萎缩,从而导致人工种植牙的失败。笔者通过种植体材料,种植体的形态结构,种植体长度及直径,种植体与上部结构的连接方式等因素对应力分布的影响,把近年来人工种植牙生物力学研究进行综述。
The oral implantology is an interdisciplinary course and originates in oral prosthodontics,oral surgery, periodontology, science of dental materials, oral histopathology, biomeehanical properties, oral preven- tive health maintenance,mechanicail engineering science, dental implant prosthesis and oralradiology. Biome- chanical of dental implant prosthesis is the key to successful dental artificial implant but stress of good or bad, it will lead to the failure as well as periodontal bone and periodontal osseous absorbtion and atrophy. Last few years the author has given a review on the theoretical of dental implant's biomechanics by dental implant prosthesis materials, dental implant structural morphology, implants in diameter or length and influence of stress distribution between dental implant and connection mode of topside structure.
