摘要
对大叶金花草的化学成分进行了研究,应用各种色谱技术和重结晶等方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构.从体积分数95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到4个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:(1)芹菜素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(apigenin7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside),(2)牡荆素(vitexin),(3)山萘酚(kaempferol),(4)山萘酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-glucopyranosid).其中化合物(1)和(4)为首次从该属植物中分离.
The chemical constituents of Stenoloma chusana (L.) Ching are studied in this paper. The compounds are isolated and purified by recrystallization and various chromatographic techniques. The structures are elucidated by chemical evidence and spectroscopi methods. By means of the acetic acetate extractant from the 95% alcohol extracted material, four flavonoid compounds are ob- tained and identified as ( 1 ) apigenin 7-0 -β-D-glucopyranoside, ( 2 ) vitexin, ( 3 ) kaempferol, ( 4 ) kaempferol-3-O-β-glucopyranoside. Compounds 1 and 4 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
