摘要
锚喷支护和小导管注浆辅助支护是隧道新奥法施工中的重要组成部分。通过对锚喷支护和小导管注浆的机理、参数设计进行研究,并以环山坪隧道塌方段为例,对塌方段原设计支护参数进行了优化,并深入分析围岩内空收敛变形监测数据。研究表明:合理的锚喷支护和小导管注浆方案能改善围岩的受力状态,起到加固围岩的作用,为安全的度过隧道塌方段提供保障,同时,也说明了隧道监控量测能反映围岩的变形情况,可以作为一种有效的支护方案效果评价手段。
Bolt-shotcrete support and small pipe grouting technology are two important elements in the new Austrian tunneling method. We explore the application of bolt-shotcrete support and small pipe grouting technology in treating the Huanshanping Span Tunnel collapse by carrying out its working theory and the design data. We also analyze the monitoring statistics of the surrounding rock deformation. The results show that an appropriate organization of bolt-shotcrete support and small pipe grouting technology can improve the stress state of the surrounding rocks, can reinforce the surrounding rocks, and provide security for treating the tunnel collapse. The Measure Technology for tunnel, as an effective tool for support system evaluation, can reflect the states of surrounding rock deformation.
