摘要
选用直接大红4BS染料研究再生麻纤维染色动力学性能,包括染色速率曲线、扩散系数、半染时间和染色速率常数,并与粘胶纤维进行对比。结果表明,直接大红4BS在再生麻纤维上的扩散系数较大,且随染色时间增加而减小,随温度升高而增大。由半染时间和平衡上染百分率综合考虑得出的比染色速率常数进一步说明,再生麻纤维对直接大红4BS的染色性能比粘胶好。
Dyeing kinetics of Direct Red 4BS on regenerated flax fiber was studied, dyeing velocity curves, the diffusion coefficients, half-dyeing time and dyeing rate constant were obtained, and compared with those of viscose fiber. The results showed that, the diffusion coefficients of Direct Red 4BS on regenerated flax fiber were higher than those on viscose fiber,and increased with the increase in dyeing temperature, while decreased with dyeing time prolonging. Specific dyeing velocity coefficient, which deduced from the half-dyeing time and equilibrium dyeing percentage, further illustrated that the dyeing behavior of Direct Red 4BS was better in regenerated flax fiber than in viscose fiber.
