高频电刀在髓室底穿孔修补中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究高频电刀应用于髓室底穿孔修补的临床效果。方法总计48颗恒磨牙,其中26颗用高频电刀去除穿孔处肉芽组织(A组),22颗用圆钻或刮匙去除穿孔处肉芽组织(B组),最后用玻璃离子修补髓室底穿孔。结果追踪观察2年。A组患牙:2年后的成功率为92.3%;B组患牙:2年后的成功率为72.7%。结论将高频电刀应用于髓室底穿孔的修补,可以达到提高修补成功率的效果。 Objective To investigate clinical effects of the application of high frequency electric knife in repairing perforations of pulp floor. Methods Among 48 samples, acestomas in perforations of pulp floor of 26 samples were cut out with high frequency electric knife(group A) ; acestomas in perforations of pulp floor of 22 samples were cut out with round drill bit or curette(group B). After having cut out acestomas, all samples' perforations of pulp floor were repaired with glass ionomer cement. Results All samples were followed up for 2 years. The success rate was 92.3 % in A group and 72.7 % in B group. Condusion The application of high frequency electric knife in repairing perforations of pulp floor can improve the success rate of repairing perforations of pulp floor.
