经皮冠状动脉内多普勒超声技术对冠状动脉血流储备的研究 被引量:3

The Study of Coronary Doppler Guidewire on Coronary Flow Reserve in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

摘要 在11例正常人和20例冠状动脉狭窄(≥50%)患者中,采用冠状动脉内多普勒超声血流钢丝和冠脉内注射罂粟碱测量冠状动脉血流储备(CFR)。结果表明,冠状动脉狭窄组平均最大血流速度(APV)和CFR均低于正常组测值(P值<0.001),冠状动脉内注射罂粟碱安全、可靠。 To study the validation of Doppler guidewire with intracoronary papaverine for assessment of coronary flow reserve(CFR),11 normal subjects (N) and 20 patients with coronary artery disease (C) were studied. The results showed that time averaged peak velocity (APV) of coronary artery flow and CFR in group C were significantly less in distal to the coronary artery stenosis than that in the nondiseased coronary artery. Coronary papaverine can produce intense, reliable and rapid acting vasodilation of the coronary arteriolar bed. We conclude that the use of interacoronary Doppler guidewire and papaverine to measure the maximal flow reserve capacity of individul coronary vessel provide a new way to study the coronary circulation at cardiac cathterization in patients with coronary artery disease.
