摘要
用分光光度法研究了环己酮VC缩酮和环己酮异VC缩酮清除羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和DPPH·自由基的能力,并与VC、异VC和TBHQ清除相应自由基的能力进行了比较。结果表明,VC和异VC衍生为相应的环己酮缩酮后,清除上述三种自由基的能力保持不变或有所提高;当受试物的摩尔浓度相同时,环己酮VC缩酮和环己酮异VC缩酮对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力略比TBHQ强,对DPPH·自由基的清除能力略比TBHQ弱。
The scavenging activity of cyclohexanone L-ascorbic acid ketal and cyclohexanone D-isoascorbic acid ketal on hydroxyl free- radical ( · OH), superoxide anion free- radical ( O2^-· ) and DPPH · free- radical were studied and compared with that of L-ascorbic acid, D-isoascorbic acid and TBHQ by spectrophotometry.lt was found that both cyclohexanone L-ascorbic acid ketal and cyclohexanone D-isoascorbic acid ketal had significant scavenging effects on · OH, O2^- · and DPPH · .Cyclohexanone L-ascorbic acid ketal and cyclohexanone D-isoascorbic acid ketal had almost the same scavenging activity as L-ascorbic acid and D-isoascorbic acid, respectively.The scavenging activity of cyclohexanone L-ascorbic acid ketal and cyclohexanone D-isoascorbic acid ketal on · OH and O2^- · was stronger than that of TBHQ, but little weaker than that of TBHQ on DPPH · , when the molar concentration of the tested samples was the same.
