摘要
借助于Uv-vis分析技术对Re(O)配合物与BSA、β-CD、PVP等生物分子的相互作用进行了初步的定性研究,以期获得所研究配体作为双功能联接剂的某些信息依据以及Re(O)配合物形成过程中的联接偶联方式或某些性质。通过综合比较分析发现:作为双功能联接剂的配体,其分子结构中应具有较多且易于发生偶联的配位点,否则与中心核配合后很难再与生物分子联接实现其作为联接剂的预期功能。
The interactions between the Re (O) complexes and biomolecules are experimented and analyzed concisely, elementarily and qualitatively by the Uv-vis spectrum of parts of these Re(O) complexes reacting with BSA, β-CD, PVP, so as to obtain the information and theory basis of several bifuncfional coupling agents such as APPA. The results show that there must be several coordinate points in the compound, which can be used as an efficacious bifunctional coupling agent, or it is difficult to couple the biomolecule and achieve the anticipative function as a chelator when it connects with the Re (O) core.
