摘要
介绍了一种新型大芯径塑料包层光纤的研制和开发,作为适合工业、医疗、激光等领域应用的塑料包层光纤,拥有大的光纤芯层直径和高的数值孔径,能够提供非常便利和高效的耦合操作和效率。该光纤可使用在850nm窗口,通过对光纤几何、光学等性能的测试,能够满足应用所需要的光学参数。同时对塑料包层光纤的机械性能和温度稳定性能进行了全面的测试,保证了该光纤在实际使用过程中能够满足操作和使用寿命等工程应用的需求。
Introduce a new concept big core polymer cladding silica optical fiber, as widely used in the industry, medical and laser application areas, the big core polymer cladding silica optical fiber has the big fiber core and high numerical aperture value, which can easy to coupler and increase the couple efficiency. This fiber can be used in the 850nm wavelength window, through measure the fiber's optical and geometrical characters, it can meet the optical requirement. Then test the fiber's mechanical and temperature environment characters, ensure it's performance for engineering applications.
