摘要
目的考察参环毛蚓对土壤含水量、pH值二因子的选择性,建立其生活所需要的土壤含水量、pH值单因子数学模型。方法在养殖槽内设置不同土壤含水量、pH值区域,由参环毛蚓选择适宜的生活区域。结果参环毛蚓生活适宜的土壤含水量为18.2%-24.6%,pH值为3.7-5.5。结论参环毛蚓选择在湿度适中,偏酸性的土壤中生活;高湿及较干燥,强酸性和碱性的土壤不适宜其生活。
Objective To explore the optimum reproductive condition and artificial breeding method for Pheretima aspergillum. Methods Pheretima aspergillum was set as the experimental animal, and the selection of different water content, acidity or alkalinity gradients was performed in the present study. Results The results indicated that the appropriate conditions for Pheretima aspergillum was water content 18.2% -24.6 % , pH value 3.7 -5.5. Conclusion Pheretima aspergiUum is suitable to the acidic soil habitat, high water content and dry soil are unsuitable for their lives.
