摘要
基于构成大学生职业素质的职业理想、职业个性、职业品质以及职业技能等四个主要方面的现状,可探讨提高独立学院大学生职业素质的措施。
This thesis explores four aspects that constitute college students＇ professional quality： professional ideals, professional personality, professional quality and professional skills. According to the result of the research, the author puts forward some measures to improve the students＇ professional qualities in separate colleges.
