摘要
耐热、耐燃、耐电痕化是电器用非金属材料和绝缘材料的重要性能,检验这些性能的主要方法有球压试验、灼热丝试验和耐(相比)电痕化指数试验。以实践经验为基础,讨论了球压试验中试样温度和压痕形状的控制手段,分析了标准变更带来的灼热丝试验设备的改变,并探讨了耐(相比)电痕化指数试验中溶液的控制和试验不合格的判断方法。
Heat resistance, flame resistance and tracking resistance are important properties of nonmetallic mate- rial and insulating material used in electric apparatus. Methods of inspecting these properties have ball pressure test, glow-wire test and proof (or comparative) tracking index (PTI or CTI) test, respectively. Based on practice experi- ences, the temperature control and indentation shape control in ball pressure test were discussed, glow-wire apparatus changes brought by standard revision are analyzed. Further more, solution control and failure definition in PTI (or CTI) test are also included.
