摘要
目的观察兔腹腔神经丛不同浓度乙醇阻滞后超微结构的变化,并探讨阻滞此丛的乙醇适宜浓度。方法选择8只新西兰大白兔随机分为4组,每组2只,即对照组(N组)、50%乙醇组(A50)、75%乙醇组(A75)和无水乙醇组(A100)。每组动物选择一侧腹腔神经丛为实验侧,手术剖腹,分别注射生理盐水、50%、75%及无水乙醇0.4 ml后关腹,在同样的条件下饲养及观察,1周后剖腹取出腹腔神经节和腹腔神经丛标本进行电镜观察。结果A50组只有脂褐素颗粒增多;A75组空泡和脂褐素颗粒明显增多,线粒体减少;A100组脂褐素颗粒和空泡增多。结论50%乙醇、75%乙醇和无水乙醇对腹腔神经丛均有程度不同的变性作用。可以认为阻滞兔腹腔神经丛适宜的乙醇浓度为超过50%的浓度。
Objective To study the effect on ultrastructual changes after neurolytic celiac plexus block with different concentration alcohol for neurolytic block in rabbits and to explore the suitable concentration of alcohol for the neurolytic block. Methods Eight rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: the control group(group N), 50% alcohol group(group A50 ), 75% alcohol group(group A75 ), dehydrated alcohol group (group A100 ), two rabbits in each group. Abdomen was quickly opened and celiac plexus of rabbits were selected for experiment side, which was respectively treated with neurolytic celiac plexus block with 0. 4ml isotonic Nacl, 50% alcohol, 75 % alcohol, dehydrated alcohol before the end of operation. The celiac plexus of opposite side was as control. Abdomen was quickly opened again after one week, ganglion coeliacum samples and celiac plexus samples were obtained and cut at 1 mm^3 volumetric paraffin block for uhramierostrueture examination. Results Uhrastrueture studies clarified that there were a number of lipofuscin granules in A50; Blank puffy and lipofusein granules increased significantly but the number of mitochondria decreased in A75 ; lipofuscin granules and Blank puffy increased in A100. Conclusions The neuronic uhrastructure of celiac plexus showed various degrees denaturation after neurolytic celiac plexus block with 50%, 75 % or dehydrated alcohol. The alcohol concentration suited for this treatment shall be over 50 % in rabbits.
